Process maps, flow charts and documents mapping out the workflows & structure of the Marketing Department in an organisation.
You will need to be able to sit on a call/ zoom with the CMO and team members and as screen share is taking place and questions being asked, document out the flow chart process for the organization.
Deliverables over 2-4 week period:
- How data flows across the whole organization and between software & reporting tools / suite (revenue, customer data, metrics)
e.g. how data flows between lead collection, through nurturing sequences... to final sales.. and reporting structures
- Full digital funnels and how they operate and how they are created currently mapped into flow charts
e.g. observing exactly how we currently create funnels & design campaigns, documents, structure, processes.
- Full organization folder structure of all digital assets (and all files) across Google Drive
- Reorganization of all digital assets into usable folder structure
You will be working USA CST time and must have extensive experience as a business analyst and digital marketing to be able to understand what is required and an expert with data mapping, flow charts, business process design and development.
