The concrete slab is already exposed and clean, so you can set up, spread thin-set, and start laying as soon as you arrive. I’ll supply every material you’ll need—tiles, spacers, mortar, grout, and sealer—leaving you to focus purely on the craft of a straight, even install. My labour allowance is a flat $500 for the complete job, paid on satisfactory completion. No demolition, leveling, or old-tile removal is required; the scope is strictly installation and standard grout/seal once the tiles have set. Acceptance criteria • Uniform layout with consistent joints and correct pattern/alignment • All tiles fully bonded, lippage kept to a minimum • Joints grouted and sealed, floor wiped clean and ready for traffic If that budget and location suit you, send a quick note with your earliest start date and a couple of photos from similar work.
