I need a full architectural layout for a ground-plus-six-storey hostel. Every guest room must include its own balcony and bathroom; the usable sleeping area should measure either 10 ft × 12 ft or 11 ft × 14 ft, not counting the balcony or bath. I’m open to your advice on how many rooms fit comfortably on each floor and on the best mix of study, dining, or lounge spaces—feel free to suggest what will work best for circulation and code compliance. Deliverables (all in a single, print-ready PDF): • Dimensioned floor plans for ground level and six upper floors • Typical room layout showing furniture placement, balcony, and bathroom positioning • Suggested core (lift/stair) configuration and sanitary shaft alignment • Area statement summarising room counts and common facilities per floor Use whichever CAD software you prefer; just export the final sheets to PDF at 1:100 or similar scale. Please keep structural grids and clear annotations so that an engineer can pick up the file without redrafting.
