Enable Flask Web UI with login authentication and integrate with derishell

Each logged in user can configure configuration file for derishell.
a) Enhance Derishell module: implement in [login to view URL] command ws_get_account_summary_extended (using v1 websockets option)
the "extended" version should be used to show data: system_name , username, equity

b) In Flask webinteface provide web interface provide option to read [login to view URL] file for derishell.

e) Flask should be enabled with login authentication module: flask-login
