Flash Intro

I am looking for a flash preloader just like the main page on [url removed, login to view] . This script will work as a preloader for the main site that is being developed. The intro should include the logo which is attached. As well, the background of the intro should be similar to "old film" look, lots of grain/b/w/ animation. Payment: $30US This is a very small design and should not take any longer then a few hours. No graphic animations are involved. Small Deadline. The size should be no larger then 400w/300h. The colors should be red and black. Send me links to mock ups. I will pick a designer based on what you show me.
