Flash header needed

I have a web template from [url removed, login to view] and it has a flasher banner whcih we will need to change to the new company name, title, etc... I need a bid on what it would cost to change the title, names, images, etc. The company name is THERAPY ONE the subtitle is PEDEATRIC THERAPY SERVICES... the slogan in the middle of the banner needs to be changed to say CREATING A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR ARIZONA FAMILIES.... their is a picture of a child which we like but would like to rotate in a couple of other images from [url removed, login to view] and these imagaes would rotate everytime you refresh. the bottons on the left would also be changed. Pretty much a complete facelift on the entire top banner. Here is a link to the template so you can see what i mean.
