Flash AS 3 Coding

Freelancer need to code the flash tool in AS 3 and provide the following feature 1. We need data integration on the CD to enable users to refer to data over a period of time. (Above point means that user input data to be saved and restored next time when tool is run) 2. We would like to have scope for multiple rounds of data use where the user does not have to save/print each analysis sheet after each use. (continuation to point 1 user data is be be saved in round forms as the tool have 3 rounds which means that user has to go through each round to reach next round. which means that data of previous round has to be their when user goes for next round. we have 3 round in design and we need the coder to take consider that after 3rd round the 1st round will hold data of 2nd round and 2nd round data will show 3rd round and 3rd round gets free for user to use the tool again) 3. We need consolidated analysis – this basically means, after each tool is completed, we want the user to have an idea of where they finally stand overall. This involves a simple calculation based on scoring of individual tools. (any confusion do ask though we feel it is clear ) 4. In these tools, there are five bands 5. The CD should be compatible with Mac Os Leopard version 10.5 through to Maverick 10.9 as well as Windows systems. 6. User should be able to take print out of tools he had worked upon and not all tool should go for printing but for printing all tool screen user should also get the option (if user worked on tool1 then tool5 then tool 8) user should be able to take printout of these tools with their input and any previous round data only and not all tool screen should gets printed) we have check the flash and it will work on both window and as well as mac freelancer need to provide the source file at the end so we can generate the window and mac version files to be checked work has to be completed in 7 days from the day completed design flash file is given to you. we can't give more then 7 day in any case so plz consider this we ensure tool are easy and layout of tool will be given to the winning bidder. We have done this tool earlier in Flash AS 2 but due to data saving requirement we need the AS3 coder to do it also this time the tool functionality is curtail down to keep it simple. Tool is simple fill and select option which means user will fill some data in textfield and according select some radio buttons All 21 tool are simple as per the above example. Payment terms 1. 25% of agreed amount will be release when 50% work is done 2. 25% of agreed amount will be release when 75% work is done 3. 25% of agreed amount will be release when 100% work is done and source file given 4. After testing 25% remaining amount will be released from the 2nd day of hand over of source file if some issue would be there we will ask you to correct it else on 3rd day the payment ill be completed once the source file is provided If you agree with the payment terms
