I have a bunch of flash files that are being used in the larger Flex app via SWFLoader.
The guy who originally did them, made the text buttons transparent until you hover.
All I want - is to find a way to create some kind of global button style so that I can easily make a VISIBLE button looking shape around each of these buttons - something so that the user knows they can click and hear something. With no visible shape around the text, most users don't figure out they can actually click to hear.
I'll be hand pasting new AS3 code for Flex into all of these files, but I'd like to do as little work as possible to update the buttons - as there are many of them on each page, and I have maybe 100 pages to do.
I will attach the FLA ([url removed, login to view]) and a sample of what I'm trying to achieve in another FLA ([url removed, login to view]). Let me know if you have any ideas for how to do this, and how much you would charge me to create a slightly easier way to convert these tranparent buttons to visual buttons.
If you could figure out a way to to this as a batch JSFL command that would be even BETTER!!
I am not asking you to code these files - I am just asking for the AS3 code to create a global button style of some type, or JSFL command to convert buttons to a new style.
