Few changes in Flash pages

First of all I can only pay $40 or less. I spend most of my money hiring the last freelancer (globaltechnosys) who totally SCREWED me. Now after that I tell you what I need. There are only 3 changes. 1) On the INSURANCES and FEES page: The sentence : We accept insured, out-of-network as well as uninsured patients Please make it CAPITAL as the ACCEPTED HEALTH PLANS Delete "accepted health plans" in lowers case leave the one in upper case. The insurances you added they should be all CAPITAL as the once before. Also on the Insurance you added: The underlines are irregular ( short or long) it should be as long as the word itself Below "Out Of Network Fees" The underline line should be also only as long as the word ( it almost ends in the word "balance") There should be some gap between the pay pal button and the fees out of network 2) Map & Directions: Here the text is blurry. Go to the original website and you will how it should look: [login to view URL] Also, do you see the first map? Manhattan Upper West Side? Okay, now look on the LEFT that section below CONTACT US (grey area)? Okay there I ask you before if you can put the word Manhattan Upper West Side Manhattan Upper East Side Brooklyn Park Slope Bronx Parkchester Remove the "back" and "Next". when the person clicks on the Manhattan Upper West Side it should see the page with that information (well you don't need to do anything on that since it's the first page) but if they click on the other locations the main page should change to that location with map and directions. 3) Secured Messaging area: Put all text back, now only says APPOINTMENT. When you put the text back, make sure that the new and registered user links to: [login to view URL] The flash comes from a Template so you should be familiar working with them. Since I got screwed last time I will NOT PAY UNTIL WORK IS FINISH AND I'M SATISFY with the final product. I hope you can understand that, it's nothing personal.
