This is my second time posting for this project. Two companies have failed thus far and I'm losing patience. I hope that I can finally find the right company or person out there.
Ok, Simple....
I have a designed Photoshop CS .psd file. I just need you to make it work in flash, using all the bells and whistles flash has to offer. That's it! I know flash, but I just don't have the time to program it to perfection like I would like. I will also provide a chart map of the site's navigation and some minor instructions. You and I can discuss how best to bring animation to the navigation and the site itself.
My budget is $100, sorry it's coming out of pocket and I've already lost $50 from another company from this site asking me for 1/2 up front. Please know and read english fluently if you're going to bid.
Sorry for the harsh tone. I'm a pretty easy going person, but my patience has been lost... I hope that you can impress me.
