Graphic design for website

We have a need for the following: Web site design. Expertise in flash essential. The ability to integrate your design into oscommerce an additional plus. An understanding of eBay store is also needed. This would be an ongoing relationship. In other words, we would need multiple designs over the course of months. Our budget is $100 per design (one page). We would require to view three general templates before deciding on a particular design. In addition, we have a need for a programer knowlegdable in flash database. This script would be used in our eBay listings. Here is an example of the script we want to emulate: www dot novica dot com/flash/[login to view URL] (this script is then integrated into an ebay listing (like [login to view URL]) or in one of our oscommerce or php sites. Our buget for the flash script is $100 - $200. There would be another flash script needed after that one.
