We have several still cameras for a construction project and need a secure flash style website which offers similar functions to that of the Earthcam control center 7 interface. Needs to have very similar looks / functions.

Hi res photo updated every 15 mins via ftp and archived.
Photos accessable by time / date / month / year.
Live video previw if possible.
