Expert designers required for attractive design works

I require two totally different web 2.0 headers for my site [url removed, login to view] Headers must attract customers and speak for itself. It should clearly indicate that fact that we are an offshore web design and development firm.

i need the TUV logo ( iso 9000:2001 certifying body) somewhere in the header.i am attaching color and black and white version as an attachment.
