65664 Create Homepage

I am looking for someone experienced in all phases of design/code work,frames,tables,etc..-- who can begin on my homepage design immediately with max 48 hours to completion and delivery of completed files--Payment via SL upon 100% functional/satisfactory delivery. Project is single page with links to outside pages as I will provide. It will contain 4 page width x appx 25px areas for scrolling text links you will create and I can modify html for easily. It will have a header file at top created as separate file and footer at bottom Header will contain logo you create/footer copyright disclaimer Body of page will contain 3 table/i-frames-1 left,1center.1 right of appx 300px W by 400 H and allow for simple alteration of code to load the contents of the one on left and right. Center table/frame will contain a 150x150 graphic of a globe w/text underneath. Full page width text area underneath w/the footer at bottom. I will also provide several pieces of java code you will need to embed into footer in a nice fashion that will provide search boxes.
