Flash Application development and Android, + iPad + iPhone port via AIR

We need Flash freelancer or company that will make a flash game and will then distribute it through Adobe Air platform for Android 3+ phones and tablets, iPad 2+ and iPhone 4+;
Services needed:
- developed on Flash CS5+;
- ported apps to the mentioned android systems via latest Adobe Air;
- multi language support - two initial languages with the option to be added more, but we want offer per one language version and each additional language so we can calculate the final amount of languages we will want.
- support after release (in form of smaller projects through freelancer.com)
Design of all screens and exercises mentioned below will be provided by us.
Short description of the game:
Suitable for children aged 4-9.
The game consists of exercises of different complexity, arbitrarily divided into first, second and third class (school-year). The games of each class will have three sub-sections: Bulgarian language, mathematics and logical games.
The game will include 12 exercises for each class or a total of 36 exercises, which the child will be able to do alone. Each exercise will be displayed independently on the screen.
When launching each game, an animal will appear and it will present out loud the instructions for the exercise to the child. Before starting the game, a voice will explain the exercise instruction. A merry pencil with eyes and a smile will appear on the screen and the child has to “take” it do the exercises with it. In addition to the pencil, there will be also a rubber, with which the child can correct a mistake it has made. The game will invite the child to finish the exercise. After the child completes the task it will be rewarded with a “Well done!” sign.
