Power point presentation to Flash

I am a Real Estate agent who has put together a detailed power point presentation for my clients. My power point presentation contains approximately 40 slides. I am a looking for a designer to make my presentation significantly more appealing. For example, I would like a better layout, more appealing font style and backgrounds. I am also looking to spruce up my presentation with better pictures. I would also like to implement a Site pal that would be embedded into the flash presentation.(we will provide sitepal) My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with an unbelievable flash/PowerPoint presentation that is unique, colorful, possibly with some sound bites as the slides and text changes. Only companies with sample presentations apply. I am looking for an experienced flash designer that can get the job done in a short period of time. Need this project done in less than 2 days.
