Modify website banner

Background: Banner is already designed and ready to go, however my client wants a photo of a woman in it instead of a man. Please see posted jpg to see what the banner currently looks like. Required Software to do job: Flash MX 2004, Photoshop CS Project Guidelines: 1. I'll send you master FLA and Photoshop files. 2. Find a few pictures of attractive, professional businesswomen that would be suitable for replacing the man's pic (and price if needs to be licensed). 3. Email your recommendations to me and I'll run past my client. 4. Use chosen picture to replace man in Photoshop file, with similar shadow effect already in place. 5. Port new images into Flash file, replacing the symbols that are already there. Project Deliverables: Modified PSD and FLA files.
