Looking for a cheap graphics guru

I'm looking for a graphic designer who can improve my website, by adding various flash graphics (this would be simple stuff, promo graphics etc.). You would be able to have your own input on this project, and the goalposts will probably keep moving, so for the right person there's plenty of repeat business.
