Islamic Bookstore Logo design

I own an Islamic Books and gift store for which i would like a logo designed. It goes without saying that i want an Islamic art style logo but with amazing effects. I want the core files like for example in photoshop as I might want to use the logo for printing carrier bags,posters,business cards oand later on for a website as well so I should be able to adjust the PSD file to provide that size of an image without loosing quality. It should be very modern and at the same time arabian/Islamic. I will only pay by paypal. I am not in a hurry but i want a good job done at a reasonable price. The colour scheme should be amazing.
