Job Description:
Hi All,
I'm looking to have a flash presentation done for a real estate agent. Copy and a few images will be provided, althought if you can make suggestions for improvements all would be welcome.
Here are a couple examples:

I'm looking to have the following provided:
royalty fee stock photography
background images
flash presentation, transitions
animations
The presentation should look roughly like a commercial. Please let me know how much it would cost to have professional voice-over added to the presentation.
If you are considering bidding on the project please show at least 2 examples of other flash presentations/animations you have done.
If you're planning on using flash presentation templates please show me what you're considering but I would also need to see examples of other flash work you've done.
Also, it would greatly increase your chances of landing the project if you can give any ideas for improvements to make the flash presentation/commercial more effective.

hello, this price is only for presentation for professional voice over, 200$ per hour is rate of person who will give his voice. I can show you exapmple if you are interested in professinal voice over.
