We want a professional or a team able to adapt a short story into a one minute animated short. We look for vector animation, tool is up to the animator (anime studio, flash, toon boom, etc.)
There will be no voices, so lipsync is very basic or is not used at all. Sound effects and music will be added here later, so sound won't be an issue.
We plan to promote and offer this short to local and national TV, so we expect quality. Hopefully this will be the first of a series with similar concept, and we hope to assing subsequent projects to the same team or professional.
The short is comical in nature, aimed to kids and young teens.

Animated on flash professional,mount on adobe Premiere and adobe after effects so that you will be able to publish it on tv.
