Good Instant messenger for my site

I'm looking for someone who can propose and install on my site a very good Instant Messenger (audio + video) for my community website based on Dolphin / Boonex script. Users will chat on one to one only.
The program will have to be installed on MY server.
It could be based on RED5, or any other technologies (but not FMS, too expensive).
