I need the woman taken out of the attached picture and put on a black backgound that is 620W X 250H. The attached picture is too large, you can shrink her to fit the 250 height of the flash banner.I need a strip across the bottom running some text that I will post on the PMB (just 6 words). And I need hearts floating off her towards the top of the screen.
