Our company has developed a software solution to support its proprietary financial and wealth management planning system. Currently known as FACT (“Financial Analysis and Characterization Tool”), the software application will be used by financial planners (aka, “business advisors” or “Producers” or “users”) to help their clients plan wealth management and life insurance needs. The FACT application that is developed will be the primary tool that is used to support Future System's proprietary financial planning process. This is primary goal of the FACT model: to allow a Producer to develop a financial plan that recommends and promotes specific Future System products to a Client, ultimately stimulating demand and sales of the company's product offering. Strategically, the Future System approach is designed to enhance (not replace) conventional planning methods by producing new insights and value for the client beyond what traditional models are able to illustrate. FSA envisions future partnerships with other financial planning companies, where the FACT application is leveraged to extend the functionality of those partner applications. Therefore, the goal is to enhance, rather than to compete, with other industry planning systems. That said, the Future System (FACT) model will provide advisors with alternate methods specifically for life insurance and estate liquidity planning, and in these cases the Future System will replace the liquidity planning tools that Producers presently utilize. FSA seeks to make its planning system stand apart from others in the industry in terms of both form and function (although not for competitive reasons). The FSA model is differentiated from industry standards in the following ways, and these differentiations must be inherently conveyed throughout the design of the FACT application: NEEDS: 1. Setup Flex 2.0 with Data Services and Graph Functionnality on Dedicated Server. 2. Review additional needs for programming / additions to current application. 3. Ongoing Maintance / Changes required with Application.
