Flash CS5.5 AS3 updates

UPDATE 1: website menu link: ABOUT TAFFIN

I have a project that calls several external swf files into a [url removed, login to view] file.

The [url removed, login to view] file has a mute/unmute button that controls the music.

This button mutes the music wherever the user is within the website, except when one specific external swf is called to the stage.

so, I need someone to locate the issue in the one external .swf file that blocks the mute/unmute button functions

In the same external .swf file, I have a horizontal scrolling pane of images and text that are called from an .xml file.

The user can navigate through the horizontal scrolling images with 2 option.

option1: mouse over the images themselves and move forward and backwards through the images. when the user mouses over any of the panels that contain text, the text fades in over the panel.

option2: user the scroll bar element at the bottom of the screen.

The user has to click and hold down their mouse to advance using the scrollbar component at the bottom of the screen. Unfortunately, when you use the scrollbar component the fade in text that appears over the panels does not appear, the text only appears when you release the mouse button.

I would like for the text to fade in over the panel even if you're holding down the mouse button when using the scrollbar component to advance through the horizontal scrolling images.
