Hi, I can fix your issue i've extensive experience in vicidial and sip. Issue you are facing will be most probably related to ip whitelisting in vicidial you have to whitelist that ip then it will connect to sip phone also if your phone is configure as webphone you have to change it to softphone/microsip other than this you should try with VPN. i'll fix your linphone issue.
