I have to carry out Flow Induced Vibration of Single tube of Heat Exchanger. The fluid flowing through the tube is synthesized gas and fluid flowing through shell is saturated water.
Objective of the Analysis is to carry out flow induced vibration i.e. vibration due to fluid flowing through the tube and shell. FSI analysis need to be carried out.
Baffles will be considered as wall in the analysis. All details will be shared with the winning bidder.
Overall Dimension of Tube (approx.) –
• Tube length – 12000 mm
• Tube Dia – 19.5 mm

1. CFD Analysis Report with Findings.
2. Native files of Ansys Fluent
3. PPT on how to create a setup of Flow Induced Vibration i.e. Steps for conducting current project independently.
