E-commerce Acquisition Structuring Specialist

I’m looking to acquire profitable e-commerce businesses (Shopify / DTC brands), similar to opportunities found on platforms like TrendHijacking. The key requirement: acquisitions must be structured with little to no upfront capital. I’m seeking someone experienced in creative deal structuring who can make this possible through: Seller financing (primary focus) Earnouts and performance-based payments Investor-backed structures (if needed) Strategic partnerships Your role is to design and help execute acquisition structures where the business effectively pays for itself over time. Responsibilities: Structure “no money down” or low upfront acquisition deals Identify and negotiate seller-financed opportunities Advise on deal terms that align incentives and reduce risk Support financing strategy during deal negotiations Requirements: Proven experience with seller financing / acquisition structuring Strong understanding of e-commerce business models and cash flow Ability to assess whether a deal can sustain deferred payments Goal: Successfully structure and help finance 1–2 e-commerce acquisitions per month with minimal or zero upfront capital.
