Africa Digital payment platform

One of the biggest challenge in Africa is to be able to transfer money from one african country to another. Mostly, it is either done through the bank or with agents like western union and moneygram. In the remote parts of Africa, we often do not have banks and these agencies there. Hence, it creates a problem of convenience. However, mobile money has become one of the easiest and most convenient ways to transfer money within countries and withing thesame mobile network. I am looking to create a system that will harness and bring together these various mobile networks in the various african coutries and make it easy to transfer money through mobile money from one country to another. I know there is the issue with exchange rate and so that must be factored into the program being developed. A robost and already existing system similar to what i am looking to creat is that of Zeepay. You could take a look at thier webiste to give you an idea of what i want. The problem with zeepay is that it allows to transfer from from Europe, Canada and the US to Africa but is unable to do forexample, from Ghana to Nigeria. That is what i seek to achieve. Fast, easy and convenient should be the watch word.
