We are a PR agency. Looking for an experienced proposal designer to design a business proposal on Figma. We will use that to edit and convert finalized content into a polished, executive-ready PDF as per our needs. This is not a branding or marketing design project. The goal is to develop a template Business Proposal with focus on design that shows clarity, structure, and credibility. *Scope:* -Design a 12–18 page PR retainer proposal -Use existing content (the end to end content copy is finalized) -Clean, modern, institutional look -Consistent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy -Light use of icons, dividers, charts (no heavy illustrations) -Audience for the proposal: Enterprise & institutional clients -Deliverable: Figma + PDF-optimized file -Tools preferred: Figma *To Apply Please share:* 2–3 relevant proposal / pitch deck samples & Estimated timeline to complete *Designer to Deliver* ✅ Figma source file (fully editable) ✅ Final client-ready PDF ✅ Text, color, and component styles set up ✅ Table and pricing components reusable ✅ Cover and section header templates What NOT to Do ❌ Don’t design directly in PDF ❌ Don’t accept flattened designs ❌ Don’t let the designer outline text unless needed ❌ Don’t use landscape or slide-style pages
