I’m launching a women’s underwear line and already have detailed tech packs/CADs ready. What I now need is an experienced fitting specialist here in Sydney who can run several fit sessions with the models I provide, evaluate each sample, and relay clear, actionable comments back to the factory so every size lands exactly as drawn. Comfort, support, aesthetic appeal and long-term wearability all rank high for this brand, but nothing matters more than keeping every sample as close to the tech pack as possible. That means strict adherence to the stated measurements, fabric choices and stitching details—no shortcuts. Here’s how I see the collaboration: • Host or attend scheduled fit sessions in Sydney with my supplied fit models. • Pinpoint any issues in sizing, grading, construction or fabric behaviour during movement. • Summarise findings in an easy-to-follow report that the manufacturer can implement straight away (screenshots, annotations on CADs or marked-up photos welcome). • Follow through on up to two revised samples per style, confirming that each round solves the previously noted points. Turnaround between receiving a sample and submitting your feedback should be no more than five days so production stays on track. If you have your own workspace with mirrors and good lighting that’s a bonus, otherwise I can provide a location. Relevant background in lingerie or performance underwear fitting will make your life—and mine—easier, but above all I’m after sharp eyes, clear communication and a solutions-first mindset. Let’s make sure every piece comes off the line feeling just as good as it looks.
