I need a developer to setup Facebook Conversions API within Google Tag Manager

Job Description:

Hi! I need an expert's help properly setting up conversion tracking for my Facebook advertising campaigns.

Most importantly, I am having issues with Conversions API. I have settled on using the Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics 4 method of getting Facebook server side events to fire, but I haven't been able to get the job done from watching tutorials.

Secondly, my browser Facebook conversion events are set up, however if possible, I am open to changing the types/names of events that I have assigned to each of these if there is a better way? (For example, I have my "Go To Next Order Step" button on my offer page set as "Lead" in the Facebook Event Setup Tool.)

Ideally I want to be able to name each event, collect (pixel?) data on the people who are taking triggering each individual event, and be able to target people similar to those people who triggered each individual event in new campaigns.

I have labelled each event with a numbers 1 through 11 with 1 being the highest priority to track and optimize for and 11 being lowest priority.
