French FB Group Promotions You are required to use your own identity to promote our client's service. Meaning using your own photos, pseudonym on your name, however with a new account in the country we explain you. You are required to start directly with 20 photos of yourself, and every few days again some more, so they see it is a real profile. As explained in clear description you are required to daily post something on your (new) FB Profile and Company Page. The objective is simple; within the set language we have a list of many Facebook Groups. When our client has a rental property available, it must be promoted in Facebook Groups of that related city. When a city has multiple Facebook Groups, it must be promoted in all the Facebook Groups related to that city. Each Facebook Group must have its own unique text as posting (with the same visual promotion). Very important: you must communicate in the language for which you are responsible. So in the language you are responsbible. We pay you a fixed amount a month, + plus a (no cure, no pay) bonus. Meaning the better you promote, the higher your bonus! This task is expecially for someone who is already on Facebook! Who has major experience on Facebook Profile, Company Page and Facebook Groups! Your Task: 1) Manage your (for which you are sponsible) Language Company Profile Meaning, that for our client we have a separate Company Profile per Language. You will be responsible for one Language. 2) Build trust in the Language related Facebook Groups As your task will be after two weeks to promote our client's properties, you first must explain the client's services and business model. Not only data entry, also being part of the Group community. Joining all ± 200 FB Groups before starting to post the properties. 3) Promoting the Properties on Facebook Gruops After two weeks on building trust in the FB Groups, and managing the FB (Language) Company Profile - start promoting the Properties. With as concept that at all (by us provided) FB Groups within that city, you promote the property related to that city. FB Group Promotion Explained: 1 Language x Average 20 Cities = ± 20 Cities Average 10 FB Groups x 20 Cities = ± 200 FB Groups First Two weeks: 1. Join each FB Group (of the full list we provided you) 2. Write an average post, if people are looking for an apartment / house * 3. Write about our client's website / solution, why it is so great * 4. Write about that at our client's website, people can list their rentals * After Two weeks: 5. Post a listing in the FB Groups, of the apartment / house our client has available (pre-generated text) * 6. At each FB Group per city that you receive, a separate (in the correct language) post must be placed * 7. After two days remind the users about the apartment / house * 8. Reply on comments, questions or when people start a discussion * * Use ChatGPT to translate the text, and make per group a different variation. Very important - always translate all the posts and communications in the Language for which you are responsible. You will receive a detailed task for your Language. Earnings and Bonus: For a full-time work week, 5 days a week, starting from from 10:00 am CET European Time, with an average of 8 hours /day, your start salary is ± $250 /month. So part-time job: 4 w/mongh x 5 days p/week x 8 hours p/day => Start salary is ± $250 /month. Bonus: Per property that is rented out you receive $40 bonus. If the property is not rented out, it will be re-listed again the next month. If the property is not re-listed, you know it is rented out. So when, due to you, our client rents-out ± 20 properties per month, you earn $40 bonus per property, meaning $800 /month. When our client has more properties available, and those are promoted very good, your bonus earnings will be higher. We expect you to take this task very very seriously!
