About this role:
This job is all about growing RedRestore’s revenue with the Facebook Ads channel. We’ve got clear growth goals for 2021 and a critical part of our success depends on you.
In this role, you’ll continually build, test, and tweak Facebook marketing campaigns to maximize their results. From the data (and your awesome marketing chops!) you’ll collaborate and help create fresh advertising angles and storyboards for the in-house content team to produce. Your responsibilities will combine marketing strategy with execution to drive e-commerce sales.

On the day-to-day, you’ll be:
Managing all aspects of RedRestore’s Facebook Ads channel
Monitoring and optimizing campaigns to hit clearly defined monthly targets
Constantly A/B testing and refining performance
Collaborating to help create fresh advertising angles and creative storyboards
Working alongside the in-house content team to produce new ads
Creating advanced performance reports isolating key metrics like ToF ROAS, ROAS by audience, days until purchase etc.
Constantly diving into the data to find testing and growth opportunities
RedRestore is a unique product that requires a performance marketer with a balance of marketing creativity and deep analytical skills. Our ideal candidate has:
At least 1+ year of experience managing 50k+/month Facebook Campaigns ideally in the e-commerce space
A deep understanding of full funnel Facebook marketing and it’s relationship with other digital channels
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets and pull out actionable insights from metrics
A foundational knowledge of consumer psychology and retail marketing
Solid experience developing ad messaging and creative storyboarding for specific audiences
The ability to work collaboratively with digital marketing & content production teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability for one call per week to discuss strategy in EST
In the first three months of this role, success means growing the Facebook Ads channel from ~$1k/day adspend to $3k/day @ 2.4+ ROAS.
