Senior Meta Ads Sales Specialist (Performance-Driven) Full-Time | Remote | Philippines Preferred We’re hiring a Senior Meta Ads Sales Specialist to own, scale, and dominate our Facebook & Instagram advertising. This role is 100% performance-driven. You will be responsible for revenue, leads, ROAS, and growth—not just “running ads.” You’ll work directly with the business owner, supported by an admin team and SEO team, while you focus on what matters most: profitable Meta campaigns. What You’ll Be Responsible For Build, launch, and scale high-performing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) Own the full funnel: lead generation, sales, retargeting, and scaling Drive consistent improvements in ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates Write and test high-converting ad copy and angles Brief creatives and iterate based on performance data Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking Daily optimisation of budgets, audiences, and creatives Analyse results and report clear, revenue-focused insights Continuously test and scale winning campaigns What We’re Looking For 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads at a senior level Proven results scaling campaigns profitably (real numbers matter) Strong understanding of sales-focused advertising Confident with analytics, attribution, and decision-making Excellent written English Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable owning results Philippines-based candidates preferred Working Hours Full-time: 40 hours per week Fixed schedule (to be agreed) Fully remote Compensation & Benefits Competitive monthly salary (based on experience and performance) 13th Month Pay Long-term, stable position Opportunity for performance-based growth and increased responsibility To Apply Please include: Your experience with Meta Ads (brief but specific) Real results you’ve achieved (ROAS, CPL, revenue, scaling examples) Industries you’ve worked in Tools you’re confident using (Meta, GA, tracking, etc.)
