Audit, Fix, and Test Advertising Pixels and Conversion Tracking Project Overview We uses paid advertising on Facebook/Meta, Reddit, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. We need an experienced tracking, pixel, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform conversion specialist to audit, correct, and fully test our conversion tracking. The main issue is that we have two types of WooCommerce purchases: Real paid student purchases WooCommerce orders with purchase value greater than $0. Corporate client coupon registrations WooCommerce orders with purchase value of $0 because corporate client students register using coupon codes and the corporate client is billed separately. We need to make sure ad platforms optimize only for true paid purchases where order value is greater than $0. Zero-dollar coupon registrations should not be counted as purchase conversions for Facebook, Reddit, or Google Ads. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing, fixing, testing, and documenting all tracking across the website, Google Tag Manager, and the relevant ad platform event/conversion managers. Platforms to Review and Fix 1. Facebook / Meta Ads Audit and fix Facebook/Meta Pixel and any Conversions API setup as needed. Goal: Only WooCommerce purchases with value greater than $0 should count as purchase conversions. Zero-dollar purchases from corporate coupon users should be tracked but not count as purchase conversions. Deliverables: Review current Meta Pixel setup. Review current Conversions API setup if active. Review WooCommerce purchase event firing. Confirm whether purchase value is being passed correctly. Prevent $0 purchases from counting as purchase conversions. Ensure paid purchases greater than $0 are still tracked correctly. Confirm events are not duplicating between browser Pixel and Conversions API. Test at least one paid purchase event and one $0 coupon purchase event. Provide screenshots from Meta Events Manager showing the final working setup. Provide a short explanation of what was changed. 2. Reddit Ads Audit and fix Reddit Pixel tracking. Goal: Only WooCommerce purchases with value greater than $0 should count as purchase conversions. Zero-dollar purchases from corporate coupon users should be tracked but not count as purchase conversions. Deliverables: Review current Reddit Pixel setup. Review WooCommerce purchase event firing. Confirm whether purchase value is being passed correctly. Prevent $0 purchases from counting as purchase conversions. Ensure paid purchases greater than $0 are still tracked correctly. Test at least one paid purchase event and one $0 coupon purchase event. Provide screenshots from Reddit Ads / Events Manager showing the final working setup. Provide a short explanation of what was changed. 3. Google Ads Audit and fix Google Ads conversion tracking. Goal: Only WooCommerce purchases with value greater than $0 should count as Google Ads purchase conversions. Zero-dollar purchases from corporate coupon users should be tracked but not count as purchase conversions. Deliverables: Review current Google Ads conversion actions. Review Google Tag Manager setup. Review GA4 purchase event setup if used for Google Ads import. Confirm whether purchase value is being passed correctly. Prevent $0 purchases from counting as primary purchase conversions. Ensure paid purchases greater than $0 are still tracked correctly. Confirm the Google Ads bidding algorithm is optimizing only on true paid purchases. Identify whether $0 orders should be excluded, marked secondary, or tracked separately. Test at least one paid purchase event and one $0 coupon purchase event. Provide screenshots from Google Ads, GA4 if applicable, and Google Tag Manager showing the final working setup. Provide a short explanation of what was changed. 4. LinkedIn Ads Audit and fix LinkedIn Insight Tag and conversion tracking. Goal: LinkedIn should track meaningful corporate lead activity, including: Lead form submissions. Clicks to schedule a Calendly video call. Visits to the Corporate Program Information Page. Deliverables: Review current LinkedIn Insight Tag setup. Confirm LinkedIn Insight Tag is firing correctly across the website. Set up or verify conversion tracking for LinkedIn Lead Gen Form submissions. Set up or verify tracking for clicks to Calendly scheduling link. Set up or verify tracking for views of the Corporate Program Information Page. Confirm these conversions are visible and usable inside LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Test each LinkedIn conversion event. Provide screenshots from LinkedIn Campaign Manager showing the final working setup. Provide a short explanation of what was changed. General Requirements The contractor must review and correct tracking in all relevant areas, including: WordPress WooCommerce Google Tag Manager Meta Events Manager Reddit Ads Events Manager Google Ads GA4 if connected to Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Any plugin currently controlling pixels or tracking events Required Testing The contractor must test and document: A WooCommerce paid purchase greater than $0. A WooCommerce coupon purchase with value of $0. Facebook/Meta event behavior for both order types. Reddit event behavior for both order types. Google Ads event behavior for both order types. LinkedIn lead form tracking. LinkedIn Calendly click tracking. LinkedIn Corporate Program page view tracking. Final Deliverables At project completion, contractor must provide: A summary of the original tracking issues found. A list of all changes made. Screenshots from each platform confirming the final setup. Test results showing paid purchases are counted correctly. Test results showing $0 coupon purchases are not counted as purchase conversions. Confirmation that Facebook, Reddit, and Google Ads are optimizing only for purchases greater than $0. Confirmation that LinkedIn is tracking the requested corporate lead actions. A simple maintenance note explaining how future tracking should be managed. The main goal is to make sure paid ad platforms optimize on actual paid purchases, not $0 corporate coupon registrations. The contractor will be responsible for identifying the current setup, fixing any issues, testing thoroughly, and providing clear documentation. The contractor will also provide support for for work completed for 14 days after completion of project.
