Facade Remodel & 3D Renders

I’m renovating an existing building in Victoria, adding bedrooms garage in Australia to lift its curb appeal while blending modern lines with classic character and ultra modern style with beach appeal. I already have the full set of base plans; what I need now is an architect or designer who can turn those into an updated façade package complete with photo-realistic 3D renderings and permit-ready documentation. The concept should re-think windows, doors, exterior cladding and finishes, and integrate a considered landscaping edge so the whole frontage feels intentional and inviting. I’m aiming for a balanced “mixed modern and classic” look—clean geometry, timeless materials, nothing that will date too quickly. All drawings must align with Victorian Building Authority requirements and the current NCC/BCA. That includes engineering for the new slab edge and any structural tweaks you specify. I’ll provide DWG/PDF files of the existing conditions; you return a coordinated set in the same formats plus high-resolution renders suitable for client presentation. Deliverables • Two initial façade concepts with material palettes • Finalised plan, elevation, section and detail drawings (DWG & PDF) • Engineering slab design and calculations stamped by a qualified engineer • Colour and finishes schedule • Four+ daylight 3D renders from key street viewpoints I’ll review concept options, give consolidated feedback, and expect one main revision pass before we lock the final set.
