Hello, I make PowerShell scripts that meet data processing needs. The workflow I offer for you might be different from what you are used to but do read ahead and let me know if you are interested. From your description I understand you have 6 folders that have basically the same name and number of files and you wish to convert at least one file that exists in all folders and then merge the results into one Excel sheet. First thing is to make sure if your requirements are applicable to what I can offer. From what I see the easyconverter tool actually converts to CSV files (which is good for me in this case), but I don't see enough documentation from weintek about the tool so I cannot yet know for sure if the tool itself can be called from a command line in order to make conversions faster without resorting to unnecessary manual clicking. If these DTL files are human readable (e.g. if opened in a notepad you can read data normally with your eyes) then I might be able to automate their conversion without the need for easyconverter. If things go smoothly and I get chosen I imagine I would either work by remote control, or by having a sample of the folders and make the script on my own computer and then transferring it to you.
