Task/Job detailed description:
I have 2 MS/Word Files that are basically a list/table (there is a list with data example as "place holder" and make it easier for you to understand how that list will be with data. We will call it "Template".
- Each page have a specific header (Logos and text)
- Each page have a grid-like table that needs to be filled (see the Excel part below)
- Each page have a specific footer that makes part of the grid/table like
- This footer has the number of items on that grid
- This footer counts the total of the previous page too
- The page count starts in "2"

I have 2 Excels spreadsheets. Each one will be used to fill one of the MS Word.
I need to have data from Excel being added to Word according to a set of rules (mapping will be provided).
Much like a Mail List process;
I Have a detailed mapping done for each field/list
I need to have a Macro/VB that provides me with a Button that I can do that as many times as I may need.
- Like if I fix a record on Excel I can run everything again.
Let say Excel has 1000 records. Each Grid affords 26 Items. That means we will have:
1 - First page = Heater + Text
2 - From the second page we will need grid/table being filled with data from Excel (26 records);
3 - That will make 38 pages with 26 records and page 49 with 12 records ( that will bring the total of 1000 records/rows)
- After it's done I need the Macro/VB to save the Word documents being saved in .PDF, keeping exactly the format its have in the world.
- The font must be exactly the font on the MS Word Templates (Font type and size).

Both Documents are very similar, a different set of data but overall very similar.
