Webpage with Excel Formulas and calculations

I have created an excel sheet with 4 cells that are user editable. The results will change as soon as user updates fields. After the user updates the user will not have ability to save to server. Only can view or print results. The page will default back for next user with default values .
I am uploading a protected and unprotected sheet so you can view formulas.
This needs to be created on a web page which will look user friendly and appear good on desktop and mobile Width should work properly on all [login to view URL] page will then be hosted on our server
