We are a small cafe/restaurant/wine store showcasing locally produced beverages, craft beers and wine.
Currently we have a 'master' spreadsheet with all our wine/bev offering, vintages, costs, margins and percentages. This info is then copied and pasted into a word doc for print. This data is also manually entered into our POS.
We wish to amalgamate the following into one single Excel spread sheet that can be printed directly from Excel:
- Master spread sheet
- On-premises wine and beverage list
- Off-premises wine and beverage list (slightly different offering and pricing)
- POS excel spreadsheet (can be directly uploaded into the POS)
- Price stickers for swing tags (Avery template or similar)
The desired outcome is that we only need to update the Master spread sheet, and those changes will flow on through the remaining documents. I have commenced this already, however I am time poor and it's not my core skill set!
There are approx 200 wine /bev products.
