We want to expand on the last version and put financials projections and ROI and IRR if we get an investment of 100MM in our assumption...How much we can bring return on 100MM investment ...also I like you to build it on cost of capital of only 5% per year ( Put param borrowed money rate ) and that can be changed to 4% per year and 3% is default per year ..and the rate which we will charge client will be 1.25 per month or 16% per year ...to the client...so there is like 13%-14% profit per year we can generate per client...But I want you to put default 5% borrowed money rate year, and 1.25 per month or 16% per year for the client.. 3. please take 100MM into investment into company for : Clients Funding 60% Marketing 10% Underwriting Costs, Employees/Salaries, Account Management,Payroll Tax 15%, Software Dev/BC: 5% Legal, Accounting : 5% Office Lease, Equipment, Misc 5% 4. 60% of 100MM will go to deploying the capital into new accounts...giving the physicians the money ...80% upfront....assuming 120 days or be safe 5 months or 150 days account is fully paying off...remember we sign client for at least 1 year ...So in theory in 150 days we should be paying off the first month of billing where we advance 80% of client funding need...So like 5 months to be safe delay till an account if fully paid off from insurance companies close to 95%-100 % of billed amount ...(when we underwrite an account we assume we collect close to 100% of what billed) #4 is very important and you to include into the proforma since that help to calculate the delay in profits and payback from each account we fund(80% upfront) You have to include tha in your performs upgrade including All costs and use the Budget deployed and calculate IRR and ROI of the 100M investment( add to assumptions) and if we change investment amount - will affect the IRR and ROI and profits Calculate break even point, IRR, ROI after we introduced investment into spreadsheet ** Let us know if you have any questions !
