8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Quick Books
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Answer phones and greet guests
• Data Entry
• Retrieve documents and reports from both electronic and paper filing systems
• Handle requests for information and data
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
• General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Candidate must be eligible to work from home in USA only from morning and have flexible hours.
