We are an alternative community education site, which also hosts afterschool and weekend sessions. We are looking for a Excel Database SIM, that works for our particular needs.
We are looking for someone to build us an excel database which, has one overall worksheet, which holds all the admin/data we need. This particular database will only be given to main management and administration team.
Then we would like other departments to have their own worksheets, that feed off of some parts/information in the main database, with the ability to change certain but not all information, for their particular department.
We would need a way for the main database and aspects of information to not be accessible by the other department worksheets etc, i.e. finance does not have access (even via backdoor means) to personal information that mentors can have access to.
We think there would be about 5 department worksheets and the main database worksheet.
We would also like, if it is possible, for information to be taken from forms filled in via a Wix website (using one of their form creator apps), rather than having to manually input the information, this is not as important to us than the database itself.
