Power Shell Script to copy files From One server to another and Rename with Specific format

I need powershell script for Transferring Excel files from multiple paths and Rename files with specific format from server A to single folder of Server B. file extensions include xlsx, xlsm, xlsb, xls. if there is xlsb file in any one of the folder path It should be converted to xlsm. This script should be scheduled to run everyday in future using Task scheduler.
