Take the attached excel file. Add a line for each tech with the total line items added together from column Q. Email out to tech. only the following columns from the sheet on the email… Date, Name, Job, account, Address, code, description, quantity, tech rate, tachpay. After the email us the same excel file to than create a new excel file Add all codes together per tech excluding the below descriptions Admin Fee, Child Support, Loan, Meter-Pur, Meter-Rent AZ, Meter-Rent CO leaving one line per tech with total. Add 8 columns- Bill#, bill due, Account, ExpAmt, itemname, itemqty, itemamt and delete the rest but date and name. Move total from each tech under Expamt Date stays under date and add in Bill due Admin Fee, Child Support, Loan, Meter-Pur, Meter-Rent AZ, Meter-Rent CO all will go under itemname per tech that has them with the corresponding quantity(itemqty) and item amount(itemamt). Generate a Bill#, each tech will have the same bill number for each line item they have. Also in file is the sheet after the modifications.
