We are currently seeking a Payroll Services Specialist to join our Human resources team for a maternity leave contract. With over 1300 + employees across Australia and New Zealand, this role will be the subject matter expert for all things payroll. You will have expertise in dealing with third party service relationships, process improvement and internal stakeholder management at both a local and global scale.
Your main accountabilities include:
•Day-to-day vendor service management, Superannuation management for both Australia and New Zealand, Insurance management for salary continuance.
•Vendor service and compliance quality controls.
•Holding both the ADP and In-house Service delivery team accountable for their part in successful service delivery
•Setting the continuous improvement agenda as per above, including identifying and addressing process compliance issues within the UL business.
•Admin user for payroll system
•Final checks on release of payroll to ensure the proper control points have been executed and there is evidence of supplier review.
•Coordinate overpayment and bank rejection with Finance & ADP.
•Is responsible for identifying, prioritising, and resolving service failures and deficiencies.
•Handle super contribution for resigned employees or IA who changed/closed super account (both AUS and NZ)
•Coordinate Novated lease deduction with Finance for payroll process
•Update Superannuation with new hirers and leavers’ information
•Coordinate between 3rd parties and ADP, for examples child support, Government parental leave pay, Centrelink, court hearing & etc.
•Coordinate with workers compensation team and ADP to process for compensation calculation and payment
•Be the contact point for site admn/ HRBP for payroll process queries.
