I’m looking for an Excel expert who can explain how to do this. I will pay for your time to explain how this can be done with Excel (I'm on a Mac using version Excel 2011). I have a very large list with multiple columns that I need to find and replaces multiple items throughout.
Here is the explanation of what I need done.
I have 2 sheets in Excel. Sheet1 and Sheet2.
Compare column A in Sheet1 to columns A through E in Sheet2.
If there is a Match, in columns A through E in Sheet2, then replace each of the matches in A through E in Sheet2 with column B from Sheet1. (the match must be exact and include the entire cell content, not a partial match - capitalization does NOT matter. The part that matters is that the cell is an exact match. I would also like each of the changes to be turned red, so that I know there was a change made)
Attached is an example of what I’m looking to do.

“Final Sheet3” is how things should look once the find and replaced changes are made.
So what I’ll need from you is directions on how to take Sheet1 and Sheet2 and get the final results on Sheet3Final.
I need someone who is available now who can write up the directions. If you are an Excel expert, this should be pretty quick to do.
