I need a simple task manager excel workbook, where I can enter the tasks and delegate them to my subordinates. I need my subordinates to update these tasks from separate sheets in excel workbook. I have 5 subordinates that report to me. I need this to track their activities and time they spent on them. Also I need dashboards with weekly reports(probably pivot charts) with summary and other stats.
