I need an Excel Expert

I am trying to assign text strings based on the upfront variable.

If A, then the text options are 1, 2, 3, etc.

If B, multiple text options. And then the same if C.

I can't figure out how to do the "IF THEN" part at the top....how to determine which set of "THEN" statements to apply.

My three sections are below. Individually, each of them work. I'm looking for a way to merge them - so the formula and resulting output can be in a single column. I've attached some sample data as well. I appreciate any thoughts and assistance.
